Join us on Sunday, June 8th for a Rabies Vaccination & Microchip Clinic at Lake Forest Animal Hospital!

- Cats & dogs welcome from all localities.
- $10 rabies vaccines.
- $10 microchips.
- FREE microchip registration!
- Dogs must be on a leash or contained in a crate, etc.
- Cats must be in an enclosed carrier.

Please note: *cats/dogs must be at least 4 months old to receive vaccine, and proof of prior rabies vaccine is required to receive a 3-year vaccine.
