TNR, Trap-Neuter-Return, is the only method proven to be humane & effective in controlling and reducing the unowned, free-roaming cat population. Cats are humanely trapped and taken to a veterinarian to be spayed/neutered, vaccinated, & ear-tipped. After given a day to recover, the cats are returned to their home.
